We are living in a time of great uncertainty, worry and fear. With everything happening at the moment, we are experiencing constant stress which leads to high levels of anxiety and depression. These feelings interrupt and affect our daily lives so deeply at times, that we might feel a sense of hopelessness and not find the strength to carry on.
As a Counsellor/Therapist, I offer you a warm, empathic, confidential, non-judgemental and safe space to explore your current challenges, and we can work together on finding the best way to help you trough them.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, currently working with children, young people, and adults. I work with an integrative approach, meaning, I use more than one modality, depending on what you seek help for, to maximize the efficiency of our work together.
My main approach is psychodynamic, an analytic approach that can help to understand the deeper roots of your presenting issue. I also use solution-focused therapy to help work out the best strategies that can help you cope better. With children I do play therapy, which helps them express their inner world so we could understand what they are going trough.
